What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Restoration Technician position at RestoPros of MetroWest?
The Water Restoration Technician is responsible for performing water mitigation demolition work for residential properties, under the guidance of a lead technician and project manager. This is a labor-intensive construction-related position. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow. At least one year of water mitigation technician work is preferred.
● Follow a scope of work outlined by the project manager for each job, carrying out the duties laid out.
● Document all work performed on a job
● Take photos before, during, and after demolition, and after setting drying equipment.
● Be capable of carrying debris, damaged materials, and equipment from the property.
Qualifications:
● Be ready, willing and able to work. Show up every day with a good attitude and a willingness to work.
● Be able to work unsupervised, following a scope of work to perform expected duties.
● Willingness to undergo a background check and driving record check.
Experience:
● Water Mitigation, 1 year (Preferred)
● Restoration, 1 year (Preferred)
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
