Position Overview: As a General Laborer, you'll support water, mold, fire, and smoke damage restoration projects by assisting with demolition, debris removal, cleaning, equipment setup, and general site work. You'll work alongside experienced team members who are proud to serve homeowners and businesses in their time of need.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with demolition and debris removal at residential and commercial sites. Set up and take down restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.). Help with jobsite prep and cleanup. Load and unload materials and tools. Follow safety protocols and company procedures. Support Lead Technicians on restoration and rebuild projects.
What We're Looking For: Prior experience in construction, demo, or general labor is helpful. Water mitigation or restoration experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to work hard, get dirty, have a great attitude, and learn on the job. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Great customer service and a team-player mentality is a must. Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various environments (inside/outside, hot/cold).
