The Deputy PM will assist in leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects while working closely with government stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership. This individual will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.

What You'll Do
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing multiple IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Support project scheduling, resource planning, and budget management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate communication among project stakeholders to maintain alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and overall progress.
- Prepare project documentation, executive reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure projects meet customer expectations and contractual requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Active Secret Clearance (Required)
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience.
- Experience leading and managing IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and team coordination skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
