SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Restomod Air is hiring an experienced, full-time, on-site (only) Social Media Manager with strong content creation skills to grow our brand’s presence and generate demand for our products. The ideal candidate has 5 years managing a brand's social presence, loves the classic/muscle car culture, knows how to navigate the automotive community and thrives on details. This is an opportunity to establish and shape a social presence from the ground up.
DATA AND STRATEGY
This role is data driven first, content creation second. The ultimate goal is converting traffic into sales. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll be instrumental in executing strategy, production, and social objectives. You must have proven acumen for promoting products that drive revenue, interpreting metrics, and using narrative content to strengthen brand messaging. Tracking attribution and ROI are key to long-term success. You should be fluent with the business backends of social media platforms and related applications.
CONTENT CREATION
You're an established content creator adept at producing scroll-stopping images and videos relevant to car culture. Modern graphic design acumen is critical, along with refined skills in photography (preferably with strobes) and video production (plan, shoot, edit). On-camera comfort helps when producing interviews, demonstrations, or other videos. You’re able to work as an independent artist, then pivot to a polished finish depending on project goals. You must have minimal camera/audio gear to start, while we tailor a setup with you for this new direction.

Objectives & Responsibilities
- Build and manage social communications for Restomod Air and sister brands, driving engagement and conversions through interest-led strategies
- Collaborate to develop strategies, establish KPIs, expand into new channels
- Create compelling content aligned with brand guidelines, to promote our brand as modern, bold, and relevant
- Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and broaden our reach
- Manage and expand promotional contact lists to support outreach and campaign growth
- Maintain focus on driving sales over vanity metrics
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven success growing a brand’s social presence
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, Slack, and project management tools
- Working knowledge of video production and studio photography
- Strong command of social media platforms, analytics tools, and dashboards, with the ability to create clear performance reports
- Data-driven mindset, problem-solving skills, and confident communication
- Consistent stewardship of brand and visual guidelines
- Able to juggle priorities, manage time, and hit deadlines
- Comfortable with campaign tracking tools and backend setup (pixels, UTM tagging, conversion tracking, etc.)
