Position SummaryRestivo’s Heating amp; Air Conditioning is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Accounting Assistant to support our accounting and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and helping keep financial records accurate and up to date.The Accounting Assistant will assist with daily accounting tasks, invoice processing, account reconciliations, and general financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with the team to support the company’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Enter invoices, expenses, and financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Help process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding invoices as needed.
- Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, files, and documentation.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and accounting summaries.
- Assist with tracking expenses and resolving discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and follow established accounting procedures.
- Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounts receivable preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.
- Service Titan Experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
- Experience with accounting software preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $23 - $25
