What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Body Painter position at Restivo Auto Body & Towing Inc?
We are an EXTREMELY busy shop looking to add an Auto Body Painter to the team. We are looking for someone that has at least 5 years experience and is ready to start immediately.
The Auto Body Painter is an experienced paint specialist who takes extreme pride in his/her quality of work. The Body Shop Painter refinishes body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory, dealership, and insurance company quality specifications and time standards. He/she will be measured by achieving delivering the highest quality body shop repairs without comebacks; by maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction; and by maintaining a high level of production efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs work outlined on repair order with efficiency, accuracy, and high quality and in accordance with dealership and insurance company standards.
Participates in Paint Company, ICAR, ASE, or other training programs, certifications, schools, and events.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years old
Five years of collision experience in a process-oriented shop preferred
High school diploma or GED required
An impressive work ethic
