Product Manager

Restek is seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong technical background to lead and grow its Manufactured GC Accessories and Air product lines. This individual will own the strategic and tactical direction of the various product lines, ensuring Restek remains a competitive and innovative leader in the market.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the overall market landscape, customer needs, and competitive forces. They will collaborate cross-functionally, focusing on sustaining growth and maintaining customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Product Strategy & Development: Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define and execute product line strategies aligned with company vision. 

Customer & Market Insight: Engage directly with customers and leverage market intelligence to uncover needs, validate opportunities, and develop actionable personas that guide product decisions.

 Product Launch & Lifecycle Management: Establish global pricing strategies, and manage day-to-day product operations including forecasting, customer support, and sales enablement. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution, accurate sales projections, and product performance excellence. 

Champion Product Success: Serve as an internal and external advocate for the product, providing training, driving quality, and ensuring ongoing alignment with customer needs and business goals.

What You Bring:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, or business-related field.

Experience: 3 years in product management or 5 years combined in product management, sales, or marketing.

Expertise: Experience with chromatography (especially Gas Chromatography) or laboratory experience is a strong plus.

Skills: Strong communication, product management, relationship building, and collaboration expertise.
