Compensation
$65,000 - $75,000 per year
Restaurants of America is looking for an enthusiastic General Manager to join our team! Our family of concepts includes Hooters, Lil’ Ricci’s, The Moon Saloon, and Triple B (Bourbons, Brews & Burgers).
We’re seeking a motivated restaurant leader ready to take the next step in their management career! This role offers a clear path to advancement through a structured training and development program at one of our Hooters concepts, followed by placement as General Manager at Lil Ricci’s.
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in a hands-on training program at one of our Hooters locations to learn our systems, leadership approach, and operations standards.
- Continue gaining management experience at Hooters for a short-term period while preparing for promotion to General Manager.
- Transition to Lil Ricci’s as the General Manager, where you’ll oversee daily operations, drive team development, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Manage budgets, P&L, and cost control to drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Handle inventory, vendor relations, and purchasing.
