RestaurantDealers is a Successful Technology & Consulting Company for the Hospitality Industry serving the Rio Grande Valley for many years, looking for a well organized District Sales Manager to mainly increase sales in our organization as well as build, handle, coordinate & supervise a Sales team

The District Sales Manager position is responsible for increasing sales by brining new clients to the company and selling directly and indirectly by building a referral partner sales team and by Implementing procedures and sales strategies with the objective to focus primary in increasing sales, time management & efficiency.

The position requires customer service, management & prospective skills, meeting sales goals and strong ability to build customer relationships with our existing and new customers.

  • Manage Monitor and Evaluate Referral Partners performance
  • Handle and followup with customer complaints and inquiries
  • Provide customer service to customers.
  • Supervise procedures for record keeping
  • Supervise and ensure CRM and filing systems are maintained.
  • Learn and demonstrate knowledge about our Company
  • Call prospects and existing clients to generate interest in our Solutions Services.
  • Scheduling appointments to generate new leads.
  • Actively use and update our CRM system (Customer relationship management Software) to document client notes and track incoming/outgoing calls and interactions with existing customers and potential leads
  • Assist with Marketing

Six Figure Base Salary & Bonuses

Uncapped Bonuses & Commissions.
