A well-established high-volume Tex-Mex casual dining concept is seeking two experienced Front of House Managers to support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role is responsible for leading service teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining operational consistency across all FOH functions.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with strong floor presence, excellent team management skills, and experience in high-volume full-service restaurants.


Key Responsibilities

Front of House Operations

  • Oversee daily FOH operations including servers, hosts, bartenders, and runners.
  • Ensure smooth service execution during high-volume peak periods.
  • Maintain strong floor presence and actively support guest interactions.

Guest Experience

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain service standards and brand consistency.

Team Leadership

  • Train, coach, and develop FOH team members.
  • Support scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage needs.
  • Promote accountability, teamwork, and strong service culture.

Operational Support

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of dining and service areas.
  • Support compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and company policies.
  • Communicate operational issues to management and ensure timely resolution.


Qualifications

  • 2 years of FOH supervisory or management experience in high-volume casual dining or Tex-Mex/full-service restaurant concepts.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-guest-volume environment.
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong guest engagement.
  • Previous experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants strongly preferred.
  • Must not have recently interviewed or applied for comparable GM roles within the Salata concept (candidate screening requirement).


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually
  • Competitive pay aligned with the San Antonio casual dining market
