The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with strong floor presence, excellent team management skills, and experience in high-volume full-service restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House Operations
- Oversee daily FOH operations including servers, hosts, bartenders, and runners.
- Ensure smooth service execution during high-volume peak periods.
- Maintain strong floor presence and actively support guest interactions.
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain service standards and brand consistency.
Team Leadership
- Train, coach, and develop FOH team members.
- Support scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage needs.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and strong service culture.
Operational Support
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of dining and service areas.
- Support compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and company policies.
- Communicate operational issues to management and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- 2 years of FOH supervisory or management experience in high-volume casual dining or Tex-Mex/full-service restaurant concepts.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-guest-volume environment.
- Hands-on leadership style with strong guest engagement.
- Previous experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants strongly preferred.
- Must not have recently interviewed or applied for comparable GM roles within the Salata concept (candidate screening requirement).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually
