A leading live-events and concessions operator is seeking a hands-on Multi-Venue Operations Manager to oversee food and beverage operations across major entertainment venues throughout the Denver area. This leadership role is responsible for staffing, event execution, food safety, inventory, and operational excellence in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
The ideal candidate is an independent, adaptable leader with experience managing large teams, multiple locations, and high-pressure event operations.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Venue Operations
- Oversee concession operations across multiple entertainment venues.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, inventory, and event logistics.
- Ensure consistent execution of company and venue partner standards.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage event staff.
- Maintain staffing levels and address day-to-day personnel issues.
- Foster accountability and a strong team culture.
Event Execution
- Lead live event food operations during peak service periods.
- Ensure food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.
- Delegate responsibilities and maintain operational flow.
Food Safety & Compliance
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
- Maintain compliance with health department and venue regulations.
- Ensure proper certifications are obtained and maintained.
Inventory & Logistics
- Manage ordering, receiving, and product movement between venues.
- Monitor food costs, waste, and inventory levels.
- Maintain daily operational logs and communicate key issues to leadership.
Qualifications
- 3 years of leadership experience in concessions, QSR, catering, live events, stadiums, entertainment venues, or high-volume food service.
- Multi-unit or multi-venue operations experience preferred.
- Strong scheduling, staffing, inventory, and operational management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Food Safety Manager and alcohol certifications are a plus or obtainable shortly after hire.
- Comfortable with evening, weekend, and seasonal event schedules.
