A fast-growing, nationally recognized quick-service restaurant concept is seeking an experienced Area Coach to lead operations across a high-potential district in the Willamette Valley. This is for a motivated, people-focused multi-unit leader ready to develop teams, elevate performance, and grow with an expanding organization.
Territory Oversight: You will oversee 6 locations, including:
• Albany
• Lebanon
• Sweet Home
• Canby
• Molalla
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop 6 General Managers
- Drive operational excellence and guest experience across all units
- Improve sales, profitability, and staffing stability
- Ensure brand standards, food safety, and compliance
- Build strong bench strength and promote internal talent
- Execute local market initiatives and performance strategies
Compensation & Perks
- $90,000–$95,000 base salary

- Proven multi-unit QSR leader (Area Coach/Area Manager/DM)

- Ability to travel regularly between assigned locations
