Position
Assistant General Manager
Salary: $75,000 plus bonus
Locations: Delray Beach/Boca Raton, Fort Myers/Naples, and Jacksonville, FL
We're looking for experienced Assistant General Managers to support daily operations and help drive service excellence at a number of our properties in the Delray Beach/Boca Raton, Fort Myers/Naples, and Jacksonville areas. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional ready to grow into a leadership role with a respected management company.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of Assistant General Manager or comparable management experience in private clubs, resorts, or upscale restaurant settings
- Strong operational and team leadership skills
- Hands-on attitude and great at coaching teams
- Ability to step in seamlessly for the General Manager as needed
- Experience with Restaurant365 is a plus
