As a Restaurant Manager, you will have a voice in decisions, initiatives and priorities that will ensure guest and employee expectations are exceeded and business goals are met.

As the Restaurant Sommelier, you will work with our vendor partners to curate the wine list, educate the staff, assist in bottle service, and conduct regular inventories.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience as salaried manager

Minimum of Level 2 Sommelier Certification

Good knowledge of premium liquor and craft beer

Superior guest-service skills coupled with financial acumen

A strong leadership personality with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop their team

Back of House experience a plus

Areas of Responsibility:

Interview, hires, and ensures all employees receive proper training

Develops team members through training, motivation, and mentorship

Educates team members on safe work behaviors and maintains an environment that is safe both for guests and team members

Ensures excellent guest service and restaurant is properly staffed to exceed guestsexpectations

Supports execution of innovative and creative ideas that drive incremental sales and growth

Supports company’s strategic plan including forecasting budget management, profit & loss accountability, cost control and inventories

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
