This popular rapidly growing fast casual health food concept is looking for an experienced General Manager for their Stafford, VA location.
Based in Wilmington NC, they are a lifestyle brand that’s expanded nationwide with over 100 locations in 20 states. Immediate future growth plans include an additional 80 store build out. The concept serves a wide variety of healthy menu items, shakes, and pre-made meals for meal planning.
We are looking for someone experienced with a passion for health & wellness to join our family and help take the brand to the next level.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 1 year management experience in a regional or national Quick Service concept
- Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
- Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
- Able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action
- Proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success
- $55,000-$65,000
