Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training. The role involves ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality and safety standards, managing inventory and supplies, and supporting the General Manager in achieving financial targets. The Assistant General Manager will also handle customer concerns, monitor staff performance, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
