We’re currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support our Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and oversee supply chain strategy across all three of our business units. What You’ll Do

    •    Supervise daily receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping activities

    •    Monitor inventory levels, reconcile stock with warehouse management system

    •    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse in accordance with health and safety standards

    •    Optimize layout and storage systems for space efficiency and operational flow

    •    Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and transport partners to ensure timely delivery and dispatch

    •    Enforce warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and best practices

    •    Assist with hiring, training, and motivating team members

    •    Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase speed, accuracy, and reliability

    •    Track key metrics and generate routine reports (e.g., inbound/outbound logs, inventory discrepancies, dead stock)

    •    Be a culture leader—model professionalism, accountability, and teamwork

What You Bring

    •    Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role

    •    Strong organizational and time management skills

    •    Comfortable using warehouse management systems or inventory software

    •    Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

    •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    •    A hands-on, lead-by-example mindset

Preferred Qualifications

    •    Bilingual in Chinese

    •    Experience with process improvement or lean warehousing

    •    Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and safety regulations
