Essential Duties
- Develop and maintain sourcing strategies for food and packaging
- Own supplier relationships to consistently improve supply performance: Cost/Service/Innovation
- Direct and influence cross functional departments
- Constant evaluation of contracts and deals to better serve the franchisee network
- Coordinate formal RFP process to ensure better price and quality
- Create long term strategies to support FHS growth
- Maintain and verify supplier pricing and formulas
- Responsible for key performance indicators
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of procurement, supply chain, finance, or consulting experience
- Advanced ability to manipulate and analyze large sets of data, to build actionable reccomendations
- Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills; include formal presentation experience with the ability to prepare and deliver presentations
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) as well as Outlook, any experience with ArrowStream’s system/data or any other Supply Chain Technology Software is a plus
- Ability to build a positive work environment and maintain strong cross functional working relationships
- Job responsibility requires travel, up to 20% of time
- Preferred: previous negotiation experience
