Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Train and manage front of the house and kitchen personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Able to do payroll
- Able to make employee schedules
- Experienced in P&L
- Has bartending experience and willing/able to fill in shifts
