Job Summary
Restaurant Associates is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee café, catering and barista bar operations within a fast-paced, hospitality-driven CoStar environment in Rosslyn. In this role, you’ll lead daily operations, support a team of associates, and help create a welcoming, high-quality dining experience for guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with clients, guests, and internal teams
- Lead, develop, and support team members to foster an inclusive, service-focused culture
- Partner closely with culinary leadership to design menus and deliver consistently high-quality offerings
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across café and barista services
- Support the rollout of new culinary initiatives and hospitality programs
- Monitor service standards, food quality, and guest experience, driving continuous improvement
- Experience supporting or leading foodservice or hospitality operations, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial oversight, and operational planning
- Exposure to catering, café, or multi-service dining programs
- A collaborative leadership approach with a focus on team development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in innovation, hospitality trends, and continuous learning
- Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is welcomed but not required
