- Organize and manage employee records
- Recruitment process
- Managing job board postings
- Addressing employee questions or concerns related to HR policies during onboarding
- Updating employee handbooks
- Resolving employee conflicts
- conducting employee surveys
- Scheduling employee recognition activities
- Schedule training sessions
- Maintaining employee training records
- Logistics of training programs
- Assisting employees with benefits enrollment
