Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Utilize proper cleaning techniques for floors, carpets, upholstery, and surfaces to ensure cleanliness and longevity
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any special requests or concerns
- Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and efficiently to complete cleaning tasks
- Follow safety protocols and environmentally friendly practices during all cleaning activities
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is highly preferred
- Familiarity with floor care and sanitation procedures
- Experience in janitorial or custodial roles, including hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments
- Knowledge of laundry processes and housekeeper management is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
