We are currently seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA).
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Ensure proper hygiene practices are consistently followed
Monitor and record vital signs; report significant changes to nursing staff
Support patient mobility, including safe transfers from beds to wheelchairs
Serve meals to patients
Assist in urgent care situations with quick thinking and effective communication
Engage with patients, providing empathetic and individualized support
Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
