Rest Easy Pest Control has been protecting homes and businesses since 2009, and we're scaling fast. With a footprint across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, we've built a fast-moving, driven leadership team that doesn't settle. Now we need the right Regional Service Manager to own White Plains and the surrounding area.
This isn't a maintain-the-status-quo role. It's a build role. This is hands-on field leadership at its core—not a “desk-only” management position. You’ll be in the field alongside your team, conducting ride-alongs, inspecting work, coaching in real time, resolving escalations, and staying closely connected to what’s happening every day across Westchester.
What You'll Own
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of residential service technicians
- Drive service quality
- Own customer retention: reduce cancellations, resolve escalations, and turn service into loyalty.
- Partner with routing to optimize schedules, productivity and capacity so the team runs efficiently at scale
Who You Are
- You have experience in residential pest control, with a track record in both service and sales.
- You've managed field teams and know how to motivate technicians while holding a high bar.
- You have a relentless work ethic and a bias for action.
- You know retention, quality, and productivity metrics, and you use them to make decisions.
- You're energized by growth, change, and building something bigger than yourself.
- You hold, or can obtain, a NYS DEC commercial pesticide applicator certification.
- You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Oversee fleet and equipment, including truck condition, maintenance, and inventory.
- Recruit, train, and develop technicians, and build the bench that supports our next stage of growth.
- Partner with sales and leadership to grow revenue in the region and create upsell opportunities through the service team.
- Keep operations compliant with safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
