RESSCO is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician (Work Orders / Unit Turns) for our community in Toledo,OH. Compensation: $18.00/hr to $22.00/hr depending on attitude and experience

Job Summary: Maintenance Technicians are responsible for demonstrating the highest level of customer service at all times, general building and ground maintenance, general maintenance of currently occupied apartments, troubleshooting mechanical and maintenance issues, appliance repair, electrical work and plumbing and conducting move-in/ move out inspections.

Key Qualifications

• Positive, "How can I help " attitude
• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience of repair work
• Knowledge in HVAC, painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs
• A/C Certified Type I-II (Universal Preferred)
• Availability for rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
• Must enjoy interacting with people with ability to develop rapport quickly
