Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and sell roofing projects within our organization. Duties
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, estimates, and completion.
- Schedule and time management.
- Oversee program development and design while ensuring adherence to quality management standards in roof production.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions for customers with leaking roofs.
- Utilize project management software for tracking progress and reporting.
- Foster team management through effective leadership, conflict resolution, and performance evaluation.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Acculynx and Xactware or willing to be taught.
- Proficient in tools such as MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to communicate to potential customers.
- Familiarity with roofing or construction products is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation skills

Compensation
- Commission only
- 50% commission. 5% overhead/office cost with $1000 cap per job.
