Account, Project And Process Management Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal agency teams and third-party partners to maintain clear, transparent communication and alignment across all stakeholders, with a goal of retaining and growing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at both executive and management levels, as well as positive relationships with vendors, contractors and third-party partners.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for organic client growth and upsell and cross-sell within client organizations.
  • Lead client strategies and idea-generation to help clients exceed their marketing and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Media, Campaign Management, Technology, Ad Ops and other agency departments to develop and execute client strategies, action plans, budgets, and estimates.
  • Oversee the management and execution of client projects and campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed according to agency and client expectations, timelines, budgets and goals.
  • Manage client Statements of Work, Change Orders, and project scope to ensure work remains aligned with approved deliverables, budgets and timelines.
  • Obtain necessary client approvals and prepare Statements of Work, Change Orders, meeting agendas, follow-up communications, campaign wrap reports and other client-facing documentation (working with a Project Manager).
  • Oversee client processes and deliverables, ensuring internal processes and best practices are followed to support efficient, high-quality execution (working with a Project Manager).
  • Monitor campaign and project progress, proactively identify potential risks or challenges, and develop and implement solutions to keep work moving forward.
  • Follow up on identified issues and action items to ensure solutions are implemented and commitments are carried through to completion.
  • Coordinate monthly billing and invoice reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
  • Identify and contribute ideas to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of team and agency processes and work.

Key Qualifications

  • 4 years of successful client management experience within an agency environment, preferably with clients in the Health/Pharma, Financial Services, CPG, Travel & Tourism, or Retail industries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of paid media, SEM, Social, email, SMS, and marketing automation strategies and tactics; digital measurement, reporting and analytics techniques, media and marketing optimization.
  • Demonstrated management expertise on multifaceted, large scale marketing projects
  • Experience identifying client growth opportunities and increasing scope of services in consideration of agency growth goals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; detail-oriented, self-directed and able to set priorities
  • A team player who also works well independently, thinks creatively, solves problems and takes initiative
  • Superior presentation and strategic writing skills.
  • Undergraduate Degree required.
