Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced small business environment. This role combines administrative support, customer service, inside sales, marketing, and light graphic design, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative tasks (data entry, filing, email management)
- Requires extensive computer use and phone communication
- Support as the first point of contact for customers
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic inquiries
- Prepare quotes, follow up, and support inside sales efforts
- Maintain customer records and track interactions
- Assist with social media posting and email marketing campaigns
- Create and edit basic marketing materials (flyers, social graphics)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, or sales preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Background with social media and marketing tools
- Familiarity of Adobe Illustrator
- QuickBooks experience preferred
