Description

The Staffing Coordinator supports ResponsAble Safety Staffing field jobs as part of the Project Management team. ResponsAble’s Project Management team provides logistics management, recruiting support, field supervision, data collection and reporting for numerous jobs at our customer sites across North America.

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be providing support in finding, screening, and recruiting quality employees for ResponsAble Safety Staffing clients as well as arranging logistics such as travel, required training and schedules for temporary staff assignments in the field. The Recruiting Coordinator also captures field job related data and prepares reports for both internal and external customers. The Recruiting Coordinator provides excellent service and personnel to our clients, acting as a liaison between ResponsAble, our clients, and the temporary employees managed by our Project Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts by sourcing, screening and making recommendations for candidate selections
• Provide logistical support for the mobilization of field staff for jobs
• Support the coordination travel plans such as flights, ground transportation and hotels for field employees
• Communicate with employees regarding job details (eg. start and stop dates, specific locations, access requirements)
• Coordinate and ensure employees complete proper training and obtain certifications necessary for their jobs (eg. Required Safety Council courses)
• Review field employee timecards for accuracy to ensure accurate payroll
• Compile data and support the preparation of reports to clients regarding project performance

• Valid drivers license
• Experience with industrial work requirements
• College degree preferred
• Must pass background check and drug screen
