What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Administrative Assistant position at Responder Support Services?
This is an IN-PERSON position, no remote work
Office Hours are:
- Monday to Friday
- 8 am to 5 pm
- 20-25 hours per week
- Especially need help Friday afternoon
Duties:
- Assist Office Manager and Clinical Director with any assigned tasks
- Phone calls
- Manage facilities, office supplies, and equipment at each office location
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access easily and accordingly
- Handle medical records with confidentiality in mind
- Must be willing to work with the First Responder Community
- Preferably experienced in working with the First Responder Community
Must pass a background
Salary : $15 - $18
