The Role
We’re looking for a Quality Control Assembler to join our six-person manufacturing and assembly team. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble and recondition therapy equipment used by veterinary and equine professionals. Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to detailed schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Perform precision soldering, wiring, and mechanical fastening tasks
- Inspect components and assemblies visually and with tools (e.g., calipers, magnifiers, multimeters)
- Identify and document non-conforming materials or workmanship issues
- Conduct functional testing and validation of finished products using appropriate test equipment
- Complete quality checklists, inspection reports, and other documentation accurately
- Work closely with engineering and quality teams to address product or process issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment
- Adhere to IPC, ISO, or industry-specific quality standards and company procedures
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
- 4 years of experience in electronic or mechanical assembly and inspection
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, or other relevant quality standards (certifications a plus)
- Basic understanding of electrical testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, test fixtures, power meters)
- Understanding of crimp terminals including validation of good vs bad
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and related software

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
