Part-Time Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for a Child with Autism
We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and hard-working Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide one-on-one support for an amazing child with autism. This position is ideal for someone who is patient, energetic, and genuinely passionate about making a meaningful difference in a child's life.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care and daily living skills
- Supporting communication differences with patience and understanding
- Managing and responding appropriately to behavioral challenges
- Housekeeping, cleaning and organization
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Engaging in fun, meaningful activities at home and in the community
- Spending time outdoors often regardless of weather

Schedule:
This is a part-time position with up to 30 hours per week.
Available shifts are:
- Monday–Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
- Monday–Friday: 1:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
- Weekend availability is required, though weekend hours are generally more flexible.
Please note that reaching the maximum of 30 hours per week is only possible for candidates who are available to work the morning shifts.
