Our client a consultancy to the Private Equity market is looking for their next star performers based in New York.

They are looking for candidates who have 6months -2 years exposure to either high level interims / Search and have the ability and gravitas to network at the C-level

You must be able to demonstrate a high achievement with either University, Collegiate sport, or the Search / Recruitment arena

You will be part of the execution team and have the opportunity to be fast tracked.

Successful candidates can expect this to happen within 9-18months

You will be trusted from day one and have a real impact on your client’s success

As a trusted advisor and a member of the execution team, you will be tasked to deliver market leading industry Senior Advisors. Your work has a direct impact on our clients’ ability to compete on landmark private equity deals across key economic sectors.

Responsibilities include :

• Research: Understanding industry ecosystems
• Have the ability to identify and map the key companies and executives relevant to the deal.
• Sourcing, interviewing and securing experienced industry expert C-level executives and thought-leaders as advisors to our clients.
• Client Management and presentation : Present research findings to their clients and recommend the most relevant advisors for maximum impact on the given deal process.
