Requirements

5 or more years of experience as a technical Product Manager leading large-scale public sector application modernizations.

Proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies, backlog management, and tools including Azure DevOps or Jira.

Experience with eliciting business user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product roadmaps.

Experience in legacy application migrations, modern cloud architectures (Azure), and digital transformations.

Experience with overseeing complex data conversions, ETL validation, and data migration testing.

Experience in web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), data privacy frameworks, and public sector regulatory compliance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Define and execute the product strategy, modernization vision, and multi-year technical roadmap for regulatory platforms.

Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories, technical acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs.

Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and UX/UI designers to establish target-state cloud application architectures.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, product reviews, and retrospectives.

Oversee large-scale data conversion testing and system validation to ensure data integrity during migration phases.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product health metrics to track development velocity.

Ensure product designs strictly comply with state cybersecurity policies, data privacy mandates, and WCAG accessibility standards.
