Requirements

5 or more years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and technical leadership.

Experience with ServiceNow release management processes and update set promotion.

Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive Enterprise Architecture solutions based on business strategies.

Architect complex ServiceNow platform integrations and core application components.

Develop strategic roadmaps for the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio.

Direct technical governance activities to ensure compliance with architectural policies.

Analyze technology industry trends to recommend critical system improvements and solutions.

Facilitate the selection of software product standards and standardized configurations.
