Job Details
Requirements:
- 8 or more years of experience in analyzing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in deployment management, environment setup, and release validation.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) models.
- Experience supporting and training end users at all organizational levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and Sprint ceremonies.
- Experience in troubleshooting dev/test environments and coordinating with middleware/DBA teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the deployment and validation of application releases to production.
- Manage environment demand planning and coordinate new environment standups.
- Lead troubleshooting sessions for complex I/T services and perform root-cause analysis.
- Plan and coordinate environment setup with development, DevOps, and security teams.
- Provide Scrum Master support for DevSecOps teams and facilitate backlog grooming.
- Maintain the IT DevOps roadmap and present progress reports to senior management.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for development, test, and production environments as required.
