Responsibilities

Direct programmatic oversight for regional perinatal center grants and telehealth initiatives.

Monitor grantee performance milestones and validate outcome measures against strategic goals.

Review and authorize grantee work plans, progress reports, and technical performance data.

Provide technical assistance to stakeholders regarding program sustainability and implementation.

Coordinate with internal fiscal and legal partners to ensure adherence to grant requirements.

Execute regional site visits and lead learning collaboratives to drive system-level transformation.

Develop reporting and continuous quality improvement frameworks for statewide health strategies.
