Requirements

7 or more years of experience engineering complex software applications and leading cloud-based technical support teams.

Proficiency in architecting robust ETL data pipelines to facilitate complex third-party vendor integrations.

Experience with enterprise cloud computing platforms specifically leveraging Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform.

Experience in administering and supporting highly customized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.

Experience with executing the complete software development lifecycle including designing, testing, and debugging code.

Experience in directing production support operations to rapidly resolve severe anomalies within live systems.

Excellent communication skills to effectively mentor technical team members and translate system changes to business users.
Responsibilities

Direct and mentor a dedicated technical team supporting complex cloud-based enterprise software applications.

Architect and deploy scalable ETL pipelines to securely transfer data between internal systems and external cloud vendors.

Modify and optimize intricate existing software programs to align strictly with evolving operational and management needs.

Execute comprehensive testing, debugging, and technical documentation protocols for all newly developed system features.

Provide high-level technical consultation to users to explain application modifications and gather new system requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve critical software failures rapidly across live enterprise production environments.

Serve as the primary project leader driving the strategic development of automated systems and operational procedures.
