Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience in project management of website development.
- Proficiency in Agile project management methodology and practices.
- Experience with Atlassian products including Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in providing technical guidance for Drupal-based content management systems.
- Experience with formal project management methodologies and tools like MS Project.
- Experience in evaluating risk and defining appropriate risk management strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding of new websites onto the digital publishing platform.
- Develop and manage the project plan using standardized software.
- Confirm project scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, and budget.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
- Record customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders.
- Conduct project meetings and make presentations to executive level participants.
- Formalize final acceptance and capture lessons learned for process improvement.
