Requirements:

5 or more years of experience in test engineering and quality assurance testing.

Proficiency in formal test design tools and healthcare business processes.

Experience with Azure DevOps, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence for test management.

Experience in translating business requirements and policy documentation into test scenarios.

Experience with automated testing scripts and regression testing methodologies.

Experience in waterfall and Agile software development lifecycles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Develop test plans, UAT processes, and detailed test cases for enterprise systems.

Execute UI, regression, reliability, negative, and usability testing protocols.

Maintain SDLC traceability between system requirements and test cases.

Design and run automated testing scripts to ensure system stability.

Lead defect triage, retest, and resolution workflows with development teams.

Perform reviews and walkthroughs of testing governance and documentation.

Publish status reports of open issues and quality metrics for leadership.
