Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate agency-wide project management and governance initiatives.

Oversee implementation of a new Project Management System, including portfolio oversight and reporting.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support project visibility and stakeholder reporting.

Facilitate organizational change management activities during system transitions.

Provide user training and stakeholder support throughout project rollouts.

Maintain project management standards, best practices, and organizational maturity across the portfolio.
