Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Creative & Technical Instructor
Location: Bridgeton, New Jersey

Job Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on instruction in podcasting, videography, photography, English, math, robotics, graphic design, and/or web design.
Adapt lessons to meet the unique needs and learning styles of individuals with disabilities.
Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Assist with skill-building and career development for participants.
Encourage creativity, independence, and confidence through various multimedia and technical projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience in one or more of the listed subject areas.
Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred, but not required).
- 23 with a clean driving record.
- 5 years experience driving (preferred, but not required).
- Strong communication, patience, and adaptability.
- Passion for education and empowerment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
