Description/Job Summary
Resources for Human Development's Mainstay United program is open and hiring for Full-time, Lead Direct Support Professionals in the Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton areas.
Lead Direct Support Professionals are responsible for assisting adults with disabilities to develop communication, social, and daily living skills. Lead Direct Support Professionals work collaboratively with Site Supervisor and serve as a mentor to Residental Support Staff
**Lead Direct Support Staff is needed for Allentown, PA. The schedule is 7a-3p Tuesday to Saturday**
**Need to be willing to be flexible and take on on-call **
**Sign on Bonus for new hire is $500, half after two week training completed and other half after 90 days completed**

RHD employees and programs in the City of Philadelphia are required to follow the COVID vaccine mandate. Revised PDPH guidance allows for new hires to be partially vaccinated at the time of hire. This means they have received at least one shot in a two-dose series or a single dose in a one-dose series before beginning in-person shifts. The final dose must be received within 8 weeks of hire (start date). This currently does not include boosters.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Mentor, trains, observes, monitors, and provides feedback to DSPs regarding the implementation of the ISPs.
- Works with Direct Support Professionals, management, internal departments, and additional stakeholders to ensure service implementation as stated in Individual Service Plans.
- Ensures all documents, logs and records are completed in accordance with 6400 regulations.
- Complete regulatory physical site checks, fire drills, gas cards, and gas card receipts,
- Provide calendar maintenance for consumers. schedule medical appointments, ensuring documentation completion.
Required Experience
Two years of experience working with individuals with IDD and/or Mental Health issues?

Program Summary
Mainstay United offers a supervised community-based residential program designed to provide a range of established and innovative rehabilitation strategies for adults with developmental disabilities and problematic sexual behaviors who are in need of clinical/forensic treatment. The program focuses on community and personal safety, accountability, competence, least restrictive alternative, normalization, due process, and control.
