Location: Lincoln Park, NJ
Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Information:
- Base Rate: $18.70/hour.

Weekend Rate: $19.70/hour.
Our Mission:
- Collaborate with Group Home Managers to ensure all aspects of care meet program standards.
- Communicate effectively with guardians, doctors, and community agencies.

Provide direct care and support to residents, including:
- Daily living skills (cooking, housekeeping, hygiene).
- Health and wellness (personal medical care, healthy living).
- Community participation (shopping, recreation, outings).
- Social and emotional development (coping skills, communication, friendships).
- Budgeting and money management.
- Mentor and provide guidance to DSP staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with agency policies and procedures. Promote independence, dignity, and autonomy for residents.
- 21 years or older.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 3 years experience as a DSP with behavioral clients.
- 1 year of lead/supervisory experience preferred.

Ability to successfully complete:
- State and Federal criminal background checks.
- Drug screening.
- Pre-employment physical and PPD.
Willingness to complete all required orientation and pre-service training.
