Restaurant Manager No Late Nights!!

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations for a full-service dining restaurant and lead a team of more than 25 employees. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will ensure effective service, team performance, food quality, and operational execution, with a growth path from Assistant Manager to General Manager. The manager will rarely support special events or off-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and supervise shifts.
• Lead, train, and manage team performance.
• Build strong guest relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee inventory control, vendor coordination, and budget management.
• Track sales and support operational performance.
• Maintain food safety standards and execute the menu.
• Oversee food production and food and beverage operations.
• Manage opening procedures and support special events or off-site operations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Sales experience.
