This is not a traditional restaurant management role.

What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of restaurant or entertainment management experience
- High-volume leadership experience
- Strong guest-first mentality
- Ability to lead from the floor and develop teams
- Experience with bar operations, nightlife, events, or entertainment concepts is a major plus
- Positive energy and strong communication skills
- Financial and operational accountability
- Comfortable working nights and weekends, two days off weekly
