We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of multi-unit experience in an upscale, fine dining environment, not someone who has never been a multi-unit leader. Staff development, and investment in people is a critical piece. A working knowledge of wine, fine dining service standards and team approach are preferred.

THE ROLE...
A successful Area Director and will have 3-5 years' experience managing high-volume restaurants (200 - 300 covers) in an upscale and fine dining, food focused environment. You are passionate about food and look forward to engaging the local community to procure the highest quality product to create unforgettable experiences (for team-members & guests). The Area Director will promote staff development and champion a positive experience while also effectively communicate to get the job done. As an ambassador for the company, you’ll strive to create memorable experiences for people through food.
As the Area Director, you'll be an ambassador for and authentically embrace Internal Hospitality. You’ll look after all aspects of the restaurant including operations, finances, people, culture, events, and more...
What You'll Do:
- Lead with Passion: Bring your unwavering passion for restaurant, F&B and hospitality to the forefront. Be a part of the volunteer and charity initiatives we support and contribute to the betterment of the community we serve.
- Nurture Your Team: Foster staff development and create a positive atmosphere that not only motivates our team but also ensures we meet our P&L goals.
- Enrich Your Community: Engage with local vendors, business and farms to source quality products while also educating junior team members and advocating for their growth and development. Additionally, actively participate in and support our community's volunteer efforts and charitable initiatives to make a positive impact.
- Be the Solution: Oversee all facets of the restaurants, resolving any challenges that arise by maintaining effective communication with team-members and the community.
Requirements
Flexibility: Your schedule may vary (days, nights, weekends, holidays) based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation. In general, you can anticipate working 50 to 55 hours a week.
