We are hiring a highly qualified, Sales and Events Manager at an exclusive luxury club near Livermore, CA. The Sales Manager will be in charge booking and selling event space, booking weddings, and membership sales.
The proper Event Sales Manager candidate will have 3 years of leadership experience in booking private events, selling F&B packages, and building a strong client base.

What the job is all about:
- Schedule sales calls to grow the pipeline with qualified leads and executes sales strategies through timely follow up and activities that produce high closing rates
- Manage prospect database and pipeline including detailed notes
- Conduct tours of the club
- Establish client base of organizations, associations, social and corporate businesses through direct outside and inside sales efforts as assigned by the Sales Director and sales plan
- Drive lead generation through cold-calling and business development
- Accurately forecasts revenues and tracks bookings
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of commissioned sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close new business
- Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sets high goals and continuously strives for excellence
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
