About the Role
We are seeking an entry-level Process Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the manufacturing industry. No prior experience required—we’re willing to train!
Responsibilities
- Learn and assist with the injection molding process, including installing molds in molding machines.
- Keep machines and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Inspect parts visually during production to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area.
- Assist with machine setup and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
- Monitor production runs and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Complete required documentation and data entry for production jobs.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn technical processes.
- Stable work history required; past jobs should demonstrate consistent length of employment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, measuring, decimals).
- Comfortable using computers for data entry and job setup.
