Accounting Clerk
Spring area machine shop has an immediate need for an Office Assistant / Accounting Clerk! In this role you will be responsible for phones, walk-ins and visitors, data entry for payables and receivables, and the time for a staff of 8, ordering supplies. If you can quickly shift gears, multi-task and self-direct - this is the role for you!
For You -
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, occasional Saturdays
- Starting Pay of $18.50

- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Payroll - ADP or Paychex is highly desired

- Quick Books is required
